SOCCER DRILL  3x2's TO GOAL. As shown in the diagram the green player plays the ball to his teammate between the two fl ags and then follows his pass and overlaps him in order to enter the fi eld. The second player penetrates on the dribble as the third player joins as well. Simultaneously two yellow defenders have joined from the other side to make it a 3x2. If a goal is scored, saved, or goes out of bounds 5 new players are on, this time with three yellow attackers and 2 green defenders. If the defenders win it cleanly they can counter and go straight to goal. Regardless of how the play fi nishes, 5 new players enter the fi eld. Coach on each sideline to monitor o ff side line. Switch the direction halfway through the allotted 15 minutes for the activity. Close range fi nishing tech, timing of runs, taking players on, deciding when to penetrate or pass. 1x1 defending, closing people down, cutting o ff angles, communication. 18  fi eld players, 2 Goalkeepers , 3x2'...

FIELD WITH FIXED GATES. Regular sized fi eld 7v7 or 8v8 fi eld with two gates in the middle of the fi eld. Star regular game but teams can score an extra point if they dribble the ball through a gate. Material: balls, cones, t-shirts 3 colors. Time: 20 minutes. Players: 14 + 2 goalkeeper, age 12 to 16 years. Variations: Teams get an extra pont if the pass the ball through a gate to one of their teammates. FIELD WITH FIXED GATES

A 3v3 + 1 'Free' Player is organised in the central grid / #7, #11, #9 are positioned against 3 Defenders / Fullbacks are positioned in wide areas (LFB + RFB). Central grid is reduced in size from previous activities. 2 mini-goals are placed 5yds behind the central grid *not shown in diagram. Play starts with a pass from Coach (C) to any of the Yellow players in central grid; this creates a 4v3. 10 passes = 1 goal or by passing into either mini-goal. EJERCICIO DE POSESIÓN 3x3 + 4 COMODINES + 2 PORTEROS. En un espacio como indica el gráfico se distribuyen los jugadores en dos equipos más porteros y la ayuda de 4 comodines ofensivos en las bandas. La jugada inicia el portero que pasa un jugador de su equipo que intentará lo antes posible centrar a uno de los jugadores de banda. Los jugadores de banda no pueden ser defendidos, pero únicamente tienen dos toques para realizar el pase a un compañero del equipo en posesión del balón para finalizar rápidamente en portería contraria. Si el equipo defensor recupera la posesión, debe iniciar contraataque rápido. Si el balón sala de la zona delimitada, se inicia juego en zona contraria. Para más jugadores, hacer partidillos durante 2’ o a 3 goles, lo que ocurra primero. Jugadores: 10 + 2 porteros. Dimensiones: 45x36 metros. Material: balones, petos, setas y porterías o conos. POSESIÓN 5X5 AYUDAS Y APOYOS. Ejercicio de posesión para la mejora del juego combinativo mediante ayudas permanentes y apoyos al poseedor del balón. Se juega una posesión 5x5 como indica el grá co con una zona central marcada donde el equipo poseedor del balón puede tener 2 jugadores y el que intenta recuperar el balón sólo 1 jugador. Para hacer gol en cualquiera de las mini porterías la deben tocar dos jugadores en la zona central. Jugadores: 10. Dimensiones: 30x30m. Duración: 3'x5.
