EJERCICIO PORTEROS FUERZA – PROPIOCEPCIÓN - DESPEJES - COORDINACIÓN. Ejercicio físico, técnico y de coordinación especialmente diseñado para porteros, donde se trabajan los siguientes elementos: Fuerza para potenciar el salto, Propiocepción para evitar lesiones, Despeje como mejora técnica específica del puesto, Coordinación general del cuerpo y sobre todo la Movilidad constante y Posicionamiento en todo momento dentro del área. 
1. SKIPING CUADRICEP CON BALÓN MEDICINAL 1 KG. 
2. SALTOS PROPIOCIEPCIÓN EN BOSU, SALTO COLCHONETA Y DESPEJE. 
3. COORDINACIÓN ESCALERA CON BALÓN MEDICINAL 1 KG. 

Espacio: área F11.   Jugadores: 3 a 4 Porteros.  Tiempo: 5’x3 repeticiones. 2’ de descanso activo.   Rotaciones: de seta 1 a 2, de 2 a 3 y vuelta en trote de recuperación a 1. Material: balones, picas, bosu, colchoneta, conos y escalera de coordinación. Variante: se puede trabajar el despeje y el blocaje rasos, medios o altos.

COORDINATION - TECHNICAL - PHYSICAL CIRCUIT.
Physical analytical exercise to the improvement of the technique of the conducting, the control, the pass and the coordination.
