BUILDING OUT OF THE BACK PHASE 3. Phase 3 - 9V5 (6V3 in defensive third and 4V2 in the mid fi eld third). Diagram shows the GK playing short to the #5 who is under pressure and plays it back one touch. GK changes the point of attack with a long driven ball to #2. The #2 lays it back to the #4 who breaks the line of pressure with a penetrating ball to the #6 on the fi fth pass. #6 turns and follows his pass into the mid fi eld zone. #10 lays back to #6, out to the #8 who fi nds the neutral player and then back to the coach on the fi fth pass. Must connect fi ve passes in the defensive third and then fi ve passes in the mid fi eld third before fi nding the coach. Continue di ff erent scenarios for 15-20 minutes. All previous coaching points plus fi nding the right opportunity to play into the mid fi eld, mid fi elders must open up the space and make the two defenders work  defensively. BUILDING OUT OF THE BACK PHASE 2. Phase 2 - 6V3 in defensive third- Building through the (2,3,4,5,6), the central mid elder (8) and attacking midfielder (10). Diagram shows the coach driving a ball into the GK's hands, the GK plays short to the 4 who gives it back, the GK then switches the point of attack to the number 5 who nds the holding mid elder. The number 6 receives the ball on the half turn and plays wide to the number 3 who connects with a penetrating number 8. Must connect at least ve passes in the defensive third before you can advance the ball to the number 8 or 10. Continue di ff erent scenarios for 15-20 minutes. CIRCUITO FÍSICO TÉCNICO Y COORDINACIÓN. Ejercicio físico técnico de coordinación para la aplicación de metodología analítica de mejora de la conducción, pase y tiro. Inician los jugadores a la señal del entrenador con una escalera de coordinación, continúan con pies alternos izquierdo y derecho sobre aros, vallas con saltos a pies juntos. A la salida, el entrenador pasa un balón e inician una conducción entre conos con finta al muñeco y autopase entre setas que recoge por fuera el jugador. Encara a portería con nueva finta al muñeco y finalización con tiro. Tener en cuenta el principio de multilateralidad y cambiar la disposición del ejercicio para trabajar ambas piernas. Incidir en la correcta ejecución de los gestos ténicos. Jugadores: 12 + portero. Duración: 15'. Dimensiones: doble de área de fútbol 11.
